See /policies/refunds. Specialty coin/patch runs follow supplier remake rules after proof approval.
How do we get onboarded?
Admin adds you under Supplier Lane with MOQ, lead time, artwork rules, and markup guidance.
Do you scrape marketplaces?
No. Catalog is quote-driven; CSV import is optional and reviewed.
Proofing?
Digital proof before production. One revision included unless the quote says otherwise.

- Lead with cancer-awareness / memorial drop support, not generic merch spam.
- Book a 15-minute walkthrough of Station Store builder + Supplier Lane coins.

- Ask for MOQ, lead times, sample fee, remake policy, and US shipping regions.
- Send one trial quote from an approved station before broader catalog import.

1. Approve a seller and create a Station Store (logo, colors, tagline).
2. Open /seller/promo-kit for QR preview + Instagram/Facebook/X/bulletin copy.
3. Publish the storefront at /station/[slug] and print the QR for the kitchen table.
4. For coins/patches, submit a Supplier Lane quote instead of forcing POD.
