Independent sellers
Each shop sets return windows and policies displayed on product pages. Contact the seller first for order issues; Shiftworx may assist with disputes when necessary.
Digital downloads
Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or in cases of defective files.
Print-on-demand
POD items may only be returned for defects, damage in shipping, or fulfillment errors - not for sizing preference after confirmed purchase.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting the seller may delay resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
