By accessing or using Shiftworx, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Marketplace role

Shiftworx provides a venue connecting buyers and independent seller shops. We are not the seller of record for third-party listings unless explicitly stated.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information during registration and seller verification.

4. Prohibited conduct

Users may not list counterfeit goods, infringe intellectual property, misrepresent fundraiser authorization, harass others, or circumvent platform fees.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shiftworx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the marketplace.
