Eligibility
Sellers must accurately represent their identity and product sources. Verified responder status requires documentation approved by Shiftworx.
Listing standards
Listings must be accurately described, properly categorized, and comply with IP, trademark, and prohibited items rules. Fundraiser listings require prior verification.
Fees & payouts
Platform fees apply at checkout based on seller verification tier. Payouts are issued via Stripe Connect according to the payout schedule and order fulfillment status.
Enforcement
We may remove listings, withhold payouts, suspend, or terminate shops that violate policy or receive valid IP complaints.
