Rates
Standard shipping is a flat $5.99 per order to US addresses. Orders with a merchandise subtotal over $65 ship free. Rates are shown on every product page and again at checkout before you pay - there are no surprise shipping charges.
Printed to order
Most ShiftWorx catalog items are printed to order. Production takes 2-5 business days before your order leaves the print partner, which keeps prices down and means your item is made for you - including any personalisation you added.
Delivery estimates
After production, US delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, so most orders arrive within 5-10 business days of ordering. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or refund it under our Refund & Returns Policy.
